Cinnamon Raisin – Sourdough Granola

For the Cinnamon Raisin loyalists (and the skeptics who might be wrong), we bake cinnamon and raisins into our sourdough base. It’s fermented for depth and baked for crunch. Good with yogurt. Better by the handful.

Ingredients: Sourdough (wheat flour, water, culture), oats, raisins, pecans, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut, sunflower seeds, maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil, puffed rice, chia seeds, flax seeds, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
